I have been signed with EMG Models since 2015. When I first started modeling, I was looking for an agency that would allow me to sign non-exclusively so that I could continue to also pursue acting. Of the several agencies I met with, EMG was the only one which offered this option.
I met with Angelina, the founder and owner of the agency, who took my digitals and briefed me on everything I needed to know about castings, availability checks, CDS (the booking software), portfolio, test shoots, rates and etc. She advised me to work on my skin to get it clear of blemishes and that was a great improvement in both my modeling and acting work.
EMG represented me when I lived at home in Boston, then when I moved to NYC, and now in Los Angeles.
Over the years, I have appreciated being a part of an agency owned and mostly staffed by women. Many of the bookers are also themselves models, and I appreciate that they are so knowledgeable about the field from first hand experience. In particular, Talia in the EMG LA office has been a great booker and mentor to me.
In NYC and in LA over the years, have had castings for everything from smaller one-day jobs at trade shows to LAFW to large campaigns with both print and SAG-scale commercial, from household-name brands to cutting edge fashion brands you havent heard of yet but will soon.
Over the past five years, I have watched EMG grow from a smaller. boutique agency to one of the best bicoastal agencies.
