15 years ago, I began working with Elton at Tilmar Talent. Life swept me away and I went on to different endeavors. In June of 2022,  I reached back out to Elton and he brought me back onto his roster, and since I've had more auditions in the last six months, than I have had over the past 10 years combined, he answers my phone calls it offers very sage career advice. I am also married with children, and I feel as though he respects my choices in terms of the roles that I choose so that I may maintain the integrity of my family life.

I've been with Tilmar for a few years now. Elton is absolutely the most caring, honest, and hardworking agent I've ever been with in my 20+ years in the industry. He actually takes the time to find out your goals for this business, how you see yourself as an actor and which roles you feel you're right for, and respects any boundaries you may have on roles for which he submits you. So many times agents make us feel as if we're inconveniencing them when we call. However, I've never felt that way with Elton. He takes time to listen and even offers helpful feedback. (Understand though, too much calling takes them away from working hard for you.:))It's very common to take new headshots when signing with new representation. Your new rep wants to start fresh with you, which often means marketing you with a fresh new picture, one that the casting directors haven't seen yet. Yes, there are a lot of scams out there. Beware of any agent who tells you that you MUST shoot with the person they recommend. Elton, on the other hand, simply suggested that I shoot with any photographer that I liked shooting with who does quality work. I asked him for some recommendations, and he gave me several. I looked each one up online, read their reviews, and compared their work, as well as their prices. A few of them I had heard of before and loved the work they had done with other actors. I was very pleased with the one I chose, and even wrote a review regarding working with him. Elton assisted me with the headshots we would use for marketing. Once he started  submitting my picture, I began going out on more auditions.There are a lot of agencies who will sign you and then sit you on a shelf, or demand that you accept every audition they submit you on, even if it isn't right for you. Elton is not that guy. He truly listens to his clients, works hard for each individual one, and is very thoughtful regarding the roles on which he submits you. I only wish I would have found him earlier in my career. He's the real deal, a true gem.
