OYABUN Seafood

Pretty good atmosphere and quality of sashimi is alright but not worthy the value. All of us was not full at all...went out additional snacks.

Holy *bleep*. The seafood here was so incredibly fresh. And the FLAVORS? Im dead. From eating so much. The emperors ceviche was HUGE. And so SO so flavorful. Probably my favorite things I had, but that could change next time I go since everything was delicious. The raw marinated crab (we had the soy), was so freshdidnt have any fishy-ness, and diviiiiine with the rice. 10/10 would come back!!!

Food - 4/5 Sushi Box [A] - what a steal for $35! Things I liked: - spicy tuna (flavorful, great portion size) - 10 sushi pieces (good variety, the tuna was especially fatty and delicious) - miso soup (it's the small things! It was flavorful and perfectly salty) Things that could be improved: - edamame was undercooked - shrimp nigiri was not so fresh Chirashi Maki Box - $50. I personally would not get this again - it was similar portion sizes to sushi box [A] but much more expensive. The chirashi portion was half fish and half masago (flavors were not differentiated). Sushi rice was great though! Ambiance - N/A We ordered take out. The takeout was packaged well and looked sophisticated. Would DEF get again. Service - N/A
