Beverly Hills Surgical Aftercare

I had a tremendous experience. My first nurse was Juliette, who was extremely caring and sweet. From the afternoon until checkout the next morning, my nurse was Holly, who is hands down one of the best, most empathetic individuals I have ever met. She took care of me like I was her own family member. She is truly the reason why I would ever recommend this place to anyone or ever come back if need be. Holly, you are amazing and I will forever be grateful for your generous care and kindness!

This team was extremely helpful. I came from out of town for a procedure, and I wasn't anticipating the few couple days to be so difficult, and the nurses were extremely helpful with medication, cleaning + caring for post-opp, getting me meals, and ensuring I was comfortable, especially as I had pretty bad nausea the few two days. I was choosing between this, or a recovery home, and I am so glad I chose this service - I enjoyed the privacy of having my own space and dedicated nurses, and the team was able to help me immensely with recovery + getting to my post-opp appointments, transportation, etc. Thanks team!

My wife had to have cervical spine surgery and we were set up to stay here for aftercare. We were not sure about it but after being here for the first night I have no other way to describe it other than AWESOME. The facility is top notch. The entire staff was wonderful. The nurses were very carring and attentive. I would highly recommend this place .

Do not use this company for your aftercare needs, they are not professional and are not trustworthy! I was planning on booking their services for my post-op care after my bbl and tummy tuck but decided to not use their services after I found someone I know to take care of me. I decided to save my money and let my friend take care of me instead. I did not sign any documentation commiting to using their services and only communicated with them via phone and email. They called me and I told them I would no longer need their services and they were not happy to hear this, they proceeded to call my surgeon and completely lie to him and said I tested positive for covid out of spite in hopes of interfering with my surgery. I am appaled because I might have considered using their services in the future when I get my boobs done in the area. However, after witnessing how shady their business practices are I will no longer even consider using their business and I advice everyone else to not use their business  as well. I am utterly appaled and shocked by their shady business practices! I will include a screenshot of the call in which I canceled their services as well!Furthermore, once they were caught in their lie they further tried to save face by telling my doctor's office that I told them I had covid, when in fact I never once mentioned covid on our phone conversation! I only told them I will no longer need their services because I found someone to take care of me !

I was at the center for two days. The nurses are very nice however Beverly Hills after care administration does not follow through with their commitment at the center. I ordered tomato soup well in advance of my surgery because my jaw was so sore from the surgery I couldnt chew and they tried to force me to chew chicken soup saying they had no tomato soup. Beverly Hills after care also did not give me a ride back to the doctor after my stay and rushed me out the door when they said the place is closing. One of the nurses was on duty caring for four patients wad working a 24 hour shift caring for four patients and you can imagine how tired she mustve been. I know it wasnt intentional but the staff caring for me will leave the fan on near my room and the light which was very noisy they also overcharged me they were not going to use my insurance they charge me for things I thought were not appropriate because just before going to this place I filled out paperwork I talk to someone on the phone and said what I wanted available to eat I think its overpriced and its not the nursing staff they are excellent its whoever runs the place needs to be more prepared
