Sunglass Hut

I bought pair of Rayban on August 2nd, after a week and a half I found the glasses cheaper somewhere else so I decided to return my glasses and get a refund because I was still under the return period. The lady at the store opened the box and started cleaning the glasses roughly, she sprayed many times and wiped super strong and stepped out of the store to check the glasses outside until she found a tiny scratch that appeared on the glasses and decided to tell me that I'm the one who scratched the glasses and there's no chance that I left the store with this scratch. I told her that when I bought them I didn't check if they have any scratch because I trusted the lady who sold it to me maybe I should've check it when I bought it. I asked her, can you proof that I didn't buy the glasses with the scratch on them? She looked at the receipt and said, "I know the lady who sold you the glasses when you came, and she won't let you leave if the glasses were scratches". So she basically built her trust on that lady who sold me the glasses because she "know her"! what a joke. No any intention to solve the issue, she said I can't give you the refund. I left the glasses at the store without the money, and called my bank to dispute the transaction.

My experience has always been great at Sunglass Hut. And today they service was so good again. The person in the store asked if I was looking for anything specific, and when I explained to him what I was looking for, he gave me a variety of models to look at and try on. He even took off the security things so I could try them on better, and he kept coming with new models. I thought I found the one that I liked, until he let me try on an even nicer one. I bought the glasses, and then he cleaned my old glasses for me as well. I asked him about glasses I had laying around at home that don't fit me, and he suggested me to bring them in so he could try and make them fit. I did and his colleague helped me very well trying to make them fit. Unfortunately the legs were damaged, and couldn't be bended more than they already were, so she wrote down a number of were I could get them fixed. Both employees were so nice and helpful. I love coming to this store!
