This is our third year as a Got Game aftercare family and second year using them for break/summer camps. I'm so thankful we signed up with the organization three years ago, when kids returned to school post-Covid. My then TK daughter and 1st grade son took to the coaches (GG name for counselors) from day 1, and have loved every day of care since. Our last kid started K this year and feels the same. I HIGHLY recommend Got Game Camps for aftercare and break camps! We have had the same site director at our elementary, Coach Mo, since we started - she loves our kids and every other kid there like they are her own. She genuinely cares about each student, and often notices something is up with the kids before anyone else. She is the first to let a caregiver know something seems off AND share when a kid has an amazing day. She and the other site lead, Coach Anthony, care for 90+ kids (with ample other coaches to ensure students are well supervised), and do it with a smile. GG divides the kids into two groups, rookies and pros, to ensure the students play with their peer groups and have the best time. Things we love about GG (besides Mo and Anthony): Aftercare: - we get weekly newsletters with what the kids did that week, what they will be doing the following week and photos - the coaches pick the littles (TK - 1st) from their classrooms to take to camp. if a student is having a hard say, they provide a little extra attention to make the kiddo feel better, dry their tears, etc - they organize interesting and fun rotations daily, no two days in a row are ever the same. there are three active and three creative rotations per day, and students may choose from these so they aren't stuck doing the same thing the whole day if they don't want (ie, two active/one creative). i have one always active kid, one mostly creative kid and one we are still trying to figure out. they have an amazing time always - homework first. sign your student up for this and a GG coach supervises their homework and ensures they finish everything, even running through spelling words and reading time! Camps: - Short ave is a lot of fun, and conveniently located - hours are good - the coaches know the kids names and ages (pro vs. rookie) by the second day. i don't know how they do it, but they do! - they offer healthy food (not that my kids eat it - but nice to have available!) - water play every day - one of my kiddos loves waterplay, the others do not. totally find, optional participation - great field trips, if you opt to participate! - my kids always see at least a couple of their coaches at the diff sites. they love that, but also meeting new coaches - rotations are awesome. they offer lots of active rotations and creative activities. we've received mugs, clay things, frames, terrariums - all the things from creative - lost and found: sure, some kids lose their stuff - it's ALWAYS in the lost and found, and they spread everything out at least once/week for parents to locate missing things. they ask that people label their kiddos stuff - SUPER helpful if you do that... - dirty kids. a dirty kid is the sign of a great day for my children. they play hard, they chill, they do fun crafts. i love it. they love it. - tired kids who do not want to leave. no explaination necessary. i've never received a call or comment that my kid wanted to come home in the middle of the day. ever.

My son has special needs and my family has been in a difficult situation recently, Got Game went out of their way to accommodate us. Not only that but my son actually really loves it and looks forward to the program. Highly recommended for parents that need extra help!

My two kids have been going to Got Game since they were each 5 years old. Got Game does not disappoint as a sports concentrated camp. The variation in activities and enthusiasm from the staff really makes summer camp a great enjoyment for my kiddos and parents. Got Game also does Thanksgiving/Winter/Spring camp. Their administrative staff are great at communication, via email on what to bring to camp and field trip info (provided on Fridays for kids 8 years or older).

We love Got Game! Our boys have attended summer camp at Third Street the past couple summers, & can't get enough. The coaches are all fantastic, & are so loved by them both. They are all attentive, caring, encouraging, and most of all, FUN. They cycle through sports activities daily, have fun competitions, water play, Friday field trips, etc. They come home each day happy, sweaty & tired, & are eager to go back for more. Thanks for running them ragged for us! We'll be back for more :)
