My son started receiving speech services here beginning age 2 (he is now almost 4) and he has successfully met all his speech goals. This place is amazing from the warm receptionist to the multiple skilled speech pathologists that work here. I highly reccomended bringing your children here.

Trust the process. Dont measure the progress in sessions. The growth is happening and I promise you, after a year, you will be AMAZED.

Really wanted this place to work out for my 5 year old son, especially since they said they took and billed our insurance company and had some good reviews. However, not the case. They stopped billing my insurance yet failed to notify me until I figured it out months later. And for some sessions it was past the 6 month deadline so we had to pay out of pocket in full. They also have VERY fast turn over for their therapists. My ASD son needs consistency and they cycle through therapists extremely fast so we never had a chance to build relationships with anyone before they up and just quit (two of them didn't even give a notice they were just gone one day). All this in less than a year. The therapy rooms are also really dirty and dingy.

I was not satisfied with the therapy that my daughter was receiving. I had hope and after 10 months I decided to remove my child. She is now going to a different facility and is making such a huge improvement in a small period of time. Below are some of my own personal experiences. If you arrive on time, the therapist will come and great you 10-15 minutes later. Those 10-15 mins are part of your 50-minute session, and they will end ON TIME!! They won't make up the time that there were late to take you in. If youre paying out of pocket like I was, every minute counts. So you expect to receive your full 50-minute session. The staff aka the Director will tell you they will get back to you, but they dont. You have to constantly follow up with them multiple times. If you have a concern, dont even bother to speak up because the Director "will just talk, talk talk!! When its your turn to speak you will get interrupted. They say they want to help, but it's all fake. If you pay with cash, just keep an eye on your credit card statement. The reception will make a mistake and charge you twice. The indoor playground is very small and very limited with toys that the kids can enjoy. Youre better off taking your child to the park. In conclusion, before you sign up your child at any facility, do your research and read legit reviews. You dont want to make the same mistake that I did.
