While the attorney might be okay, the front office person was awful and a deal breaker. I spoke with her (Maria) about 6 months ago, she was okay. She was clearly reading from a script, but I was fine with that as I needed general information. I called today because my first disability claim was denied and I need help with an appeal. She wouldn't listen, kept talking over me and repeating herself, rather than answering my very specific questions. After asking her again to just listen, she didn't, so I asked for a supervisor, or someone who could actually answer my questions, nope, she was it. I have never felt so disrespected and unheard. Not the experience you need/want in a legal battle. i said I don't think we are a good fit and hung up as she was agreeing with me. HORRIBLE.
