        Great place to find a leather item for your wardrobe. The store worker was welcoming and helpful. It felt like youve been taken care of. I found a perfect leather belt that also had a decent discount and it was packaged nicely as well. Would come here again.

        The man who helped me today, Colin Tidwell (assistant store manager), was extremely kind, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and patient. Absolutely no pressure or judgement and made what is usually a stressful experience super enjoyable.

        This has been my go to store for dress shoes. Only complaint is that I ordered a cedar boot tree that was low in stock in my size and the rep sent me the wrong size. Upon arrival I checked to see if the right size was in stock but window of opportunity was gone. None available. Customer service missed the mark on that one.
