First, I would like to say that I am a huge customer who reads reviews to find out if I want to move forward in patronizing a business. I was in need of a painting to be delivered and shipped to the east coast from Los Angeles. After shopping around, I found Navis Pack and Ship and spoke with Krikor. When I tell you, The level of service was impeccable and the high level of patience was amazing. Krikor was very detailed in explaining the process. He was efficient, if you dont read anything from this review, please work with these guys, they will get your items literally white glove service pick up your items bring them back to the warehouse ship your item as if it was their own with so much care. I am so grateful to have worked with Navis Pack and Ship on delivering my item to me.
