I would first like to start off and say I truly hope Benetta (apologies for the misspell) receives the recognition she deserves, our interaction might have been only a few minutes short she still ensured the matter would be resolved before departing from the premises. She was faced with an actual customer scenario and handled it with compassion and diligence, not many employees know how to handle such situations. Which brings me to my complaint portion, the gentleman with the glasses that was assisting another person DID NOT handle the situation in a professional manner he saw the item and immediately stated oh this might not be possible to ship, we might not have a box that size to ship etc. etc. yes he was assisting another customer but to ultimately say we might not be able to ship it for you is poor customer service. lAs someone who has worked in retail for over a decade NO consumer wants to be turned away when needing help, maybe a refresher course in customer situations is needed because his entire energy was just bad.

I went here to take passport picture. The quality of the picture was awful!!!!! Then I contacted their customer service and they said they can't do anything about it. I will definitely NEVER come back to this place!!!

They sent some important documents required for graduation to a company in Culver City. The company says they never received them (the person FEDEX says signed the package doesnt even work there) and FEDEX says they have been delivered (Im guessing they delivered to a different address) Now I cannot graduate until my government issues new copies. FEDEX will take no responsibility about it. They wont even assume the cost of issuing new documents? Why do they even have an insurance? Will never again ship anything through them, there are hundreds of other shipping companies out there.
