        DO NOT ship any of your online purchase here!! I bought a very expensive monitor and chose this UPS store as the pick up location. However, the tracking told me the package was delivered but when I went to the store they told me they never received it. I even went around the apartment building and tried searching their package room and couldn't find anything. Filed a claim with UPS twice, and they just closed the investigation with proof of delivery. 3 weeks later and many claims open, I still haven't found my package.

        I go to this store very often, and I am always greeted with a friendly hello. The service here is outstanding. It doesnt matter who helps you, its always quality service.

        This store in Little Tokyo was clean and neat and the staff was friendly and helpful. I returned a package for my friend but did not have the right label, Giorgina patiently show me the way for a happy ending. I'm happy
