Your Mailbox Direct LA

Do not open a mailbox at this location, they never proceed with the tasks requested like scan or forward. Is really disgusting to waste the time trying to have the task done or contact them. The reason for the delays is that the person in charge is at the hospital. Always the same answer.

I'm a sucker for good customer service. Having said that over the years I've come to expect very little in the way of customer service when dealing with "OUR PEOLPE" But Cheryl @ Mail Box Direct has restored my faith. She was paitient and Knowledgeable with my many many questions and did it with a smile. Services she could have charged me for she didn't. And the services I did pay for were reasonable. I was even able to get my registration done. Now I don't have to sit all day at the DMV. Mail Box Direct has a life long customer and I will definitely be referring people there.

I request a pick up of my mail from my mailbox 1042 from anytime, I went there in the morning and the lady refused to give the mail because the boss didnt give her the instruction. I was requested to call later, I called later and spoke with another lady more than 50 minutes. She doesnt understand anything about the mail, mailbox or how it works that business. She said that dont have anything under my mailbox number. I have 15 important documents that needs to be given. Horrible service

This place is ELDERLY FRIENDLY! They are always very patient with me and great when it comes to picking out my forever stamps.
