Im in the process of suing the management. They actually put their hands on me and call me by the N-word.

Nowhere to park because of food trucks can't get a good signal on phone while inside store so they can scan your qr code had to go outside for a good signal, but the staff are really pleasant patient and eager to help.

I paid $100 to ship an item overnight from this location to another state. The item arrived 5 days later. I called the store to process a refund and they told me the manager was busy and would call me back. I followed up with customer service a week or so later and they hadnt received a claim from the store. I called the store back, at this point for the 3rd time, and was told the manager would call me back. The manager still didnt call back so I called again and was told the manager has taken care of it. s few more days went by and I followed up again with customer service and was told that still no claim had been filed for me. The UPS customer service rep had me call this store on 3-way to try to talk to someone because they couldnt get through on their own. I was told again that the manager would call me back but I still never received a call. I called customer service and was transferred to five different departments and received zero resolutions. I didnt find out until today through an automated system that after 15 days they wont issue a refund, which explains why the store ignore me every time I called. Their system and unprofessionalism is ridiculous. I never overnighted an item before this and I thought highly of UPS before this experience. You pay upfront for a service they gaurantee and then youre left on your own to do all the work and hope someone will actual value and care about you as a customer when they dont fulfill their end. I guess that $100 was worth losing a long-time customer and my network of people across the U.S. as well as diminishing the standard to which I held this company to before. I will never personally ship though them again.
