Dropped off an Amazon return, they scanned the QR code and said everything was fine. I didn't take a receipt because I generally don't like to bother people and I never had a problem with returns. Got home, Amazon hasn't acknowledged the scan. Called the store, they said it takes two weeks. Sounds wrong, Amazon acknowledges returns as soon as they're scanned. Anyway, it's been over two weeks and Amazon hasn't received anything.

Hi All, This is the best UPS store around! It's kind of hidden, so little to no wait time. Gents are super friendly with no: "princess-like-attitudes," just people helping people. Not sure if this will get posted, but I feel compelled to add: people will treat you how you treat them, so if you walk in talking at them or down to them they're obviously going to react in kind.

Reading all of the most recent reviews, I encountered the same exact experience at this store. The #1 rule in operating a business is to treat customers the way you would like to be treated when you are a customer yourself. The manager should reevaluate the staff they have representing their business. The Latina lady who is vertically challenged yet horizontally gifted clearly despises her job by the way she treats her customers. And I'm confident it's the same individual that all the other reviewers mentioned. Truly an incredibly rude and entitled person. It's apparent that they are unhappy with their job.

I keep giving this place a chance cause its right by me and I keep getting disappointed. They charge you for tape, charge you $2 to print half a page in BW, and their wifi seems to be down whenever you didnt print out a label but have the QR code to scan. Ive lived here for 5 years and have only been able to send a package out once. Dont go to this one if you can help it.
