Starting pay is low, pay will only be decent if in an upper class area, or complex etc... most supervisors are terrible, post commanders terrible, operations manager that schedule you if you're part-time terrible. Overall not good but I have worked for worse in this industry. If you're desperate do it if not don't.

so both me & my best friend worked for Allied at Coachella back in April (from the 21st to 23rd) & still haven't been paid. They have been telling the person who recruited me (who works for TOA security) that we were supposed to be paid by Allied the 2nd week of May (it's now June 6th). I also stopped by their office in dtla & the people there wasn't any help. I don't know if they've screwed anyone else but all i know is i won't be recommending them to anyone in the future. My best friend now is gonna sue Allied if we don't get paid soon since she's in alot of debt & had to miss 3 days of work because she thought Allied was gonna pay us for working security at the music festival. If I would rate them 0 stars that's how my experience with them has been. I also worked for them last year at Coachella (which they did pay me for the same 3 days I worked last year, April 22-24, 2022).

They play a cat and mouse game with you. They get u excited when they set up an interview with you, then that same day, on ur way there, they last minute call u and say no srry someone else already has the job. Even though they set up the 3rd interview with u before that job fair, interviewed another person. Lawsuit!
