I went into this location on Sunday October 3rd around 12:05pm. I had a pretty poor experience at this subway, I asked about the new bread on the sign when I walked in, the employees response was interesting, they told me they had no idea they had new bread there and they dont know why that massive sign was on the wall. I know a lot has changed for subway so I tried my best to keep an open mind. I ordered the classic Subway Melt, which the employee did not know what it was, I showed her a picture on my phone off the subway website and she put ham, turkey, and bacon on a sub and put it in the toaster. After, I had asked for vegetables and she denied that I get any vegetables on my sub. I showed her the picture of the sub again and said, this picture on your website clearly has vegetables on it. She said no she wouldnt do that because she could burn herself. I told her she could wait for it to cool and she said no. I was asking her why she said thats not how its made. she finally told me she can put my sub and condiments in a brown paper bag. I had asked three separate times and told her that I could go to a different subway if they didnt want to make it that way. I paid 8$ for a sub that because it was thrown into a brown paper bag with all the condiments and vegetables at the bottom, I couldnt eat it, by the time I got to my car the brown paper bag was falling apart and I had to throw it away. I have no idea if this is the new subway but this is absolutely sad. The employees seem very uneducated with the products they sell. I will never return to this subway. Below Ive added the picture of the subway melt off the subway website so you can learn more about the subs you sell and dont run into this with other customers and argue with them telling them that they are wrong.
