I never had an issue ordering, but today my order was cancelled. Good thing I saw the alert on my email. I called them ASAP. I spoke with the manager, she mentioned that the soup I ordered was not available and that's the reason the whole order was cancelled. I told her that our staff still wanted the remaining order and it's okay if we are missing the soup. She answered that they will make the order and deliver it. 3.5 hrs after and Lunch time has passed and still no food. I have been calling them and they have not answered. Myself and office staff loves ordering from here but now we are thinking twice. Heart broken and hungry.

What ever you do do not use the WE WILL TEXT YOU WHEN YOUR FOOD IS READY feature at this place. My food sat for over 10 minutes before I went to ask for my food. 1 hr after I had picked up my food I received the notification. Horrible service!!!

Went to this location for the first time the other day and let me tell you this was by far one of the best experiences Ive had at a Mendocino Farms. I was greeted as soon as i walked through the front doors and walked through the menu by Don. I went with the Not So Fried and a side of the famous curried cous cous. What looked like the manager brought the food out to my table and asked me if i needed anything else, and throughout my time at this location the team was so attentive. They took my trays for me to the trash area before I could even stand up which I really appreciated. I definitely will be returning to this location with my family next time! Great job!

I placed an order for a simple sandwich an hour ahead, hoping for a quick pickup during my lunch break. Unfortunately, my order was placed in a generalized pickup area, and someone else took it. It would be beneficial if they had someone overseeing the pickup area to ensure orders are not picked up by random strangers or individuals who didn't even place an order, preventing such inconveniences. Improved order organization would greatly enhance the customer experience.
