Hadn't been to a Sizzler's in ages and decided to go with my husband and kids on a Friday evening. The way you get your food here is that you go to a counter and place your order and pay. You find a table and you seat yourself. A server comes over and takes a look at your receipt and once your food is ready brings it to you. The two stars are for the server. Our server was nice and kept checking in on us. Unfortunately the food was so bland. Zero flavor!!! My steak almost looked like it had been boiled. My son's chicken was dry and the baked potatoes were brought out with the wrong toppings twice. I payed extra for a Mac n cheese and it was horrible. Kraft would've been better. Also that whole order at the register idea makes no sense. You have to make sure you already know what you want beforehand. The line doesn't move quickly since people are having to order all at once and making decisions on the spot. Did I mention the register is right next to the kitchen and bathroom? People are having to pass each other constantly in a small area. Either way, we won't be back.

We ate in. Salad bar was rather disappointing. The best part was the ice cream of the entire meal. The server was really nice though.
