        Get the gyoza- perfect perfect light dough - skirt steak, and the lettuce and scallion skewers. Some of the best service I've had in LA. Kitsch, cozy, perfect.

        A wonderful Izakaya experience despite the price. Great selection of food (mostly beef) and drinks. The sake that was recommended did not disappoint. Be sure to call ahead of time to make a reservation as this place is - understandably - very popular. We were very lucky to get a table without a reservation. Even the bar seats were reserved. I will be returning very soon.
