        I have done business renting a property from this company as the land lord for the past 1.5yrs. Their places are nice but the operations and heart of this company is not in the right place. Their contracts are not compliant with city and state housing regulations and they refuse to change. Their management team shows complete disregard for safety of residents despite multiple break-ins to the complex, individual housing units, and personal items stolen. Unfortunately this is a company who only cares about themselves and not their customers / renters. If you have a choice of working with a different company do it, it will surely be better than Local Construct.
