    They own Hampton Woods Senior Apartments in Columbus, Ohio. They are money grabbers, who don't visit property. They are charging us an additional $50 a month more for hallway and commons areas lighting. Also they are charging us $15-20 a month to pay for their insurance. I'm moving.

    Regretfully this company does not seem to care about the properties they own. They dont visit, dont invest in needed maintenance, and do not pay vendors (or when they do, its 120 days out and unlike their vendor contract states so everything comes to a halt. Leaving projects half done all around the property likely does not inspire the confidence they want in their ownership. Only so much a property management company can do if nobody is being paid beware.

    I live in an AndMark Property in Jacksonville, Arkansas-Oakwood Apartments. This had been an issue for almost 2 weeks now and after putting in requests to have this fixed and even speaking to the maintenance staff, this had yet to be fixed. I've also called and left voicemails and have yet to receive any callbacks on this issue. The Property doesnt even have a number to call in case of maintenance emergencies. That is unsafe and ridiculous. I cant tell you the last time ive seen the apartment manager on site. Andmark doesn't care for its residents, it only cares about it bottom dollar. I have NEVER had such issues with an Apartment and I've lived her 10 months now, once my lease it up, I will NEVER rent from Andmark Properties again. The BBB will also being getting this review. The drips under mu sink are only after I've cleaned up the small pond, once the sink is drained.
