Andre is very professional and makes the home buying and selling process simple. I had the pleasure of purchasing and selling my home with him. Being on each side, I had a superior experience. I was a first time buyer and seller, he spent time answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how homes sell in the area, and how long listings typically stay on the market, also providing tons of info on comps in the area. He made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like handling the process in my absence, having professional photographs taken, and a lot more. I was remote selling my home, he took the stressful part of being remote out of equation. His hard work and knowledge of what it takes to sell a home really paid off - my listing looked amazing. My house went under contract 4 days after we put it on the market. I've recommended the Andre Rogers to everyone I know. He's a true professional and a genuinely nice guy. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell your home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor.

I have known Andre Rogers and his family for many years. As a Realtor, he is very professional, and knowledgeable, and gets all the work done. He keeps you updated, and what needs immediate attention. I have sold 2 houses, and purchased 2 houses through him.
