I started looking at houses during arguably one of the most challenging times to buy real estate in LA. Shannon Fenton was an absolute all star in helping me navigate that crazy world. Her relationships with other agents were a big part of it. And she stuck with me as I continued to get out bid for over 1.5 years. Ultimately she delivered on the holy grail of local real estate, an off market buying opportunity. In short, due to her connections, I am now in my dream home for a great price considering the factors at the time. I cant thank her and Michelle enough. I have moved so many times in my life and have bought and sold enough properties to truly understand what makes a good realtor. Shannon Fenton is an outstanding one! She is so knowledgeable about the market and offered me steady guidance and smart advice while always remaining open to any ideas I had along the way. We had such a fun time collaborating on the staging of my house - Shannon went out of her way to keep the costs to a minimum while adding significant value to the property! One of the things that impresses me the most about Shannon is her positive relationships with so many other agents. She is a consummate professional.
