I have bought and sold many homes in my life, and worked with many brokers. Letty is by far the best. Super responsive, good listener, fights hard for every issue on behalf of her clients. Absolutely amazing. Don't waste time with anyone else. They are all a distant second to the lovely, smart, hardworking Letty.

Alan from the collections department was so rude and inconsiderate. If you dont like your job then dont work customer service . He was very hostile and I asked to speak with a supervisor and requested to put my card on hold as a payment until matters get resolved and he completely ignored that and said he was still going to run my card with or without permission . Anyone else Id love to work with but Alan should not be there if he doesnt like to hear the words NO or have the proper problem solving skills .

I chose Letty Vermeulen as my sellers agent for several reasons. My good friend who is realtor did some research and said that Letty had sold the most houses in my neighborhood. Several neighbors recommended her as well, saying that she lived in the neighborhood and understood what is involved with selling a home in a Historic District. Another neighbor pointed out that Aspires listing descriptions were particularly well written. Letty was very knowledgeable, especially about the prices and the market, and took care of the many steps involved in the process, from arranging inspections, to recommending professionals for repairs, to bringing fresh flowers to the 6 open houses. Her team were professional, timely and very helpful. Letty is very responsive and supportive and I always felt like I was a priority. She was immensely patient, and provided in depth explanations for my many questions. I have bought and sold several properties in my lifetime, and Letty is by far the best realtor Ive ever had. I recommend Letty and Aspire Realty very highly - 20 stars out of 10!
