I would like to start by saying that Emmitt is the most patient person I have ever met. We started my home buying journey about 3 months ago and he has been so helpful. I mean he has answered my text at all hours of the night. Emmitt walks me through every step about what happens next. Emmitt will be my realtor for life. I first found out about Hayes Realty when he told me he was going door to door helping families that were going through foreclosure, now he is flipping big 7 figure properties with big budgets while still helping the small guys like me plan my next move and purchase. Emmitt helped me and my family build a foundation for financial security through property ownership and I cant thank him enough for his hard work in helping my family.
