I was new to Los Angeles, so trying to find the right community and location was very challenging. That's when I contact Chris Johnson at Premier. Chris took his time to listen to my concerns and what my likes and dislikes were, as well as my essential needs for an apartment home and my budget. I was thoroughly impressed by Chris's in-depth knowledge of Los Angeles real estate, the upcoming communities, the night life, and restaurants. Also Chris was clear of what areas to stay clear of. He worked well within my budget and didn't try to sway me in a direction I wasn't comfortable with. As we toured the communities, Chris arrived early and had a rapport with many of the property mangers(which is a plus). He pointed out the minor things and took notice to the details I'd over looked, like ease of access, extra power outlets in the bedroom, wood flooring, and cabinetry. Chris has a great eye for detail. Needless to say, I finally selected my ideal property and Chris made my move-in easy and comfortable he was even firm when it came time to negotiations and having the unit available by the move-in date I requested. I was delighted I had chosen a great property. Chris's follow up was very impressive. I'd highly recommend Premier Real Estate Brokers, I plan to use them when I'm ready to purchase my home. I'm sure they'll get me the best deal! They have a great selection.. check them out. I'd use no other broker!

Absolute worst. I asked to see units for sale and was shown units for lease when. Then the agent got agressive and boarder line violent. Pick a different place to sell your home. There are a lot of other options.
