I highly recommend Zeeva Behavioral Health. I have seen Adella Yaegers work with a daughters who was troubled. She has shown remarkable patience and kindness with her a compassion I feel only matched by her knowledge, skill and professionalism. Adella is simply a remarkable resource. I have heard very positive things from others concerning her and her therapist team in general. -- Just to also mention, Zeeva accepts many different insurances as I was pleased to find out.

I appreciate how organized and reliable Zeeva has been to work with. Its difficult to find an INN therapist (yet alone a group where one can review bios of therapists, for who is a good fit). While its the consumers responsibility to understand their benefits of their health insurance, Zeeva will even make their best attempt to verify and explain the benefits to their patients. Thank you Zeeva for the work you do for our community!

If you want to have your mental health completely destroyed, go here. Before I booked my first appointment, I emailed and called to verify my insurance was accepted. They told me that it was and I would only be responsible for a $25 copay. Then, I went to 4 visits and they proceeded to charge me $175 for each one. After a months worth of emails and calls to their billing department (they never answer) and my insurance provider, it was finally revealed that they had submitted the claim incorrectly. They stated that I was treated by a doctor that that was not covered by my insurance, even though I never have seen her. After finally getting to the bottom of why I was being overcharged, the support agent at Zeeva really had the audacity to offer me credit back instead of a refund. They also couldnt even tell me if any of their doctors are ACTUALLY covered by my insurance. Not suspicious at all lol! I decided to try therapy for the first time in years so I could once and for all address many of my mental health issues. However, I essentially just gave a synopsis of my life during these sessions, unravelled years worth of trauma and pain, then was left on my own to deal with it - as well as almost $600 in fees I had not expected. Its easy to say that going to therapy was the worst decision of my life. Im in a significantly worse place mentally now since visiting this sad excuse of an establishment.

I have been so pleased with Zeeva Behavioral Health. Adella Jaeger and her group of therapists are amazing. They take my insurance and provide the best therapy ever! I highly recommend Zeeva to anyone who can benefit from quality therapy.
