image Terrible property management company that ignores serious issues like access and crime committed on premises. I live at Hayden in Playa Vista, CA and they constantly ignore serious issues like our garage gate being broken and allowing thieves to steal packages, attempt to break into units, light material on fire in the building etc
They change management every few weeks therefor I have to assume its awful to work at internally as well due to the high turnover.
Do not hire or work with them.

Thank you for bringing your concerns to our attention and at the same time we received your review, we also were included on a group email from a resident and as expressed to him, we understand the gravity of the issues you've raised regarding the gate and overall security at the Community. The board of directors has been addressing the ongoing maintenance issues, and, while it may look like action is slow, we have been dedicating multiple hours each day trying to coordinate with vendor partners to get some traction on addressing some of these issues permanently. The safety and satisfaction of our residents are of utmost priority and immediate steps are being taken to address security . who were contacted immediately to obtain an update on what transpired; a thorough review is being done of the security personnel on the property, and there is one specific guard that will not be returning to the community . In addition, measures are being taken to enhance security. We recognize the importance of a reliable gate system and are willing to undertake any necessary construction projects to ensure a long-term solution. The process of soliciting proposals to replace the roll-up vehicle gate with something more reliable is already underway; the current gate vendor's performance is under review and options for bringing in a new vendor are being explored. Any proposals or vendor maintenance contracts obtained will be submitted to the Board for review and approval as soon as feasibly possible. Please know that you are encouraged to report incidents/crimes that you are witnessing immediately to law enforcement and or to both security and management. Also, I encourage you to sign up for the community email blasts to ensure that you receive regular updates. Our team is committing to sending out daily updates (on business days) until these issues are resolved. Manager was so on top of a slightly confusing email all of us at Breakwater Village received the other day. We are having plumbing work done on the pipes in lower parking. He sent out a new email, which completely set it all straight.
I spoke to him on the phone and hes very nice guy and sharp as a tack.

image 0 Stars if I could. Our community has been dealing with this mismanaged company for several years as far back as when they were Euclid Management. There is next to no comunication within their office or with the homeowners. They usually fail to respond to homeowners and if they do respond it's several days later and even then they forget most of the details about the issue at hand. I have waited over three months trying to get some information I requested from Scott Sakai in the LA office. It boggles the mind how they can hire people with next to no ability effectively communicate. This is our 6th manager in ten years. That says everything.
