        Maintenance is rapid and efficient when it's a simple repair but the moment you have a broken appliance ...... not the same. Excuses, delays and one week after nothing is done. This is not a reliable management company I have to say. Not sure I would choose them again.

        I am a tenant with Belong, and I have recently had to circumvent Belong and go straight to working with the homeowner due to Belongs total lack of follow up. We have issues from October 1st that remain unattended to with no follow up and it's now February 2nd. Both the homeowner and myself are incredibly frustrated with Belong, and can say we will NEVER choose to use their service again. Many repairs, basic communications and fees have been ignored or disregarded. Ivy, Andrea, and Caroline are completely unavailable and require daily follow up for over a week to even get a "we're still working on this" response. Completely blown away by the lack of professionalism with this company.
