    This place was still rather new, and looks like its still under renovation, however, the venue already can be used for events. I had filmed an event here of over 300 guests with speakers and utilized their side classrooms for private meetings and orientations. From my experience already included with the venue are 3 cameras which you can request to use and a large projector screen for presentations. its not a short throw projector, so expect the speaker to have some distance in front of the screen to prevent shadows or glare on their face. They do have a stage thats raised by about 6 inches, and a podium which is movable on the stage right. They can also lend you a remote to help you navigate through your presentation. What is great about this venue also is that there are large screens attached to some pillars that mirror either a camera or the projector screen so that students or guests will still be able to take notes even if they are far from the presenter. There are speakers also positioned throughout the ceiling. You can request a wireless handheld microphone to use, and you can be sure that everyone in this location can hear what your discussion is about. During the time of my event, we had a handful of tech assisting us with the show. I had brought a handheld recorder with me which i was able to attach to their live board. The wall connection uses an XLR cable which i used to connect to my Zoom H6. I used my own, but they also have some that you could borrow. From the soundboard, you can also plug in with an XLR, 3/4 or with a 1/4 jack to your device. You will need to be familiar with your own equipment for the most effecting method of capturing your media. Their security cameras are also very well hidden, so dont try anything foolish. Parking - very easy and accessible. There are 2 large parking structures which you can enter via a toll. They have spots for EV charging as well.
