The lease agreement is just to protect them and you dont have no rights at all, like you live there for free. They take your money right away, but for your refund you have to wait days and you will never receive what you asked for . Ive rented an apartment from them and the air quality turned out to be hazardous since I have breathing problems I couldnt live in that place. So I had to break the lease. No business ethics at all. Good luck trying to call them, they dont even answer and if they do, they put you on hold or they will talk to you and keep interrupting you trying to prove that they are right and youre wrong. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST.
