The only option here was to give one star but honestly, if I could, I would give 0 stars. As cute as their apartments might be, don't even bother. This property management company is the most unprofessional to exist. I've been out of my apartment for 2 months and I have yet to receive my $2000 security deposit. I have to take them to court for this and when I called and emailed I was ignored. I finally received a call back and was immediately yelled at by their employee. literally do not bother living in any building managed by Kalt because you'll have to take legal action against them one way or another.

I don't feel comfortable using my real name because I was/am a renter, but the quality of the services have slid tremendously. They used to take care of repairs in a timely fashion. Now you can submit repair requests for months and get no response. When they do repair it, it's extremely shoddy. They have no problem making a hole in the wall and leaving it. There's also increasing issues with roaches as well-- something that never used to be a problem. It's a shame, because they used to be a great management company who I spoke of highly. Now I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
