Very smooth renting experience

Found a place through their listing, saw it in person, and decided to apply, Ed and his team were great, very polite and professional. Application process went super smooth, Ed likes to meet you in person for the application process which I liked, he got back in less than a day and everything was smooth and easy.

Unfortunately my apartment walk through before signing the lease was very unpleasant. Ed made it very unpleasant and unprofessional, he was annoyed I was asking questions and pointed out a few (minor) details the apartment need to get fixed before moving in. He was very defensive everytime i asked a question. ( I am new at this process since ive lived at my same place the last 12 years! So i had questions) the leasing office he continued to get annoyed when I asked any questions. His tone was very condescending. He even said if you are not ready to sign don't (just because I had basic questions). Unfortunately I didn't have the option of walking away since I had given my deposit a few weeks ago and didn't want to lose that money. Overall I feel sad that instead of having a great experience and being excited to move into a new place Ed made it very uncomfortable and stressful.

This was easily the most thorough leasing experience Ive ever had in 15 years of renting. Ed was so considerate and professional, Amy made sure everything was lined up in advance and very kindly sent me reminders, and the unit is simply pristine. Youll be in great hands if you go through these folks!

We had a really really positive experience working with Ed and his team to rent our home. To say Ed was diligent would be an understatement. He was 100% committed to making sure our home was spotless and totally refreshed before move in and he even got us in a few days early!! It was an incredibly professional experience and we're looking forward to continuing to interface with him as we live in our new house!
