        After discussing with several management companies about turning over my rental properties to another property manager, I selected Utopia Property Management about six months ago, and have been very pleased with their work. My monthly reports and owner's disbursements are complete and arrive on time, and all requests are dealt with right away. My tenants seem happy. The staff are always cheerful and polite. The one I deal with the most is Leticia who is always cheerful and polite.

        It was great leasing an apartment from utopia. They have good services, and are very kind and very prompt for any maintanace requests. Jenny (manager) was awesome, very nice and kind and walked me over during my move in and move out briefly and was always prompt for any requests. The entire team including Alexis and all service vendors were great. Was happy renting here. Thank you
