Absolutely terrible management group (at least in Santa Clarita).

The first two months living here has been awful They first assigned me wrong parking spot numbers . Then they assigned me the wrong mailbox number and gave me the wrong mailbox key. It's going on a month of me waiting for the right key. I go into the office upset. Raising my voice. (Which Anyone would do this if they were kept from their mail for 2 months.) And they threatened to call the police on me for using curse words. I'm sorry but if you don't want your residence to be angry than do your job. They showed me a completely different unit that they put me in. I had already gotten all my utilities.And everything set up for my moving appointment for the wrong unit. These people are incompetent, rude and do not care about you. Update They gave me a mail key that opened up my mailbox to no mail-in my mailbox which means they have misplaced my mail considering I have informed delivery on my phone so I know that I have a lot of paper mail that has been delivered to this address. They have not expressed any interest in helping me. And they've only directed me towards USPS. Even though they have misplaced my mail. I do not recommend this management whatsoever. They are PITIFUL Update 2 They still have no Interested in helping me locate the male in their building.They just keep referring me to usps.And USPS confirmed, they delivered my mail to the building, which means that the apartment itself misplaced My mail, it's not in the mailbox that is assigned to me. Please make it make sense. I had to put a stop on my mail and get a p o box. Meanwhile ghb refuses to take responsibility for their issue.
