      Hi Kevin, we're sorry you had a bad experience with Copymat. According to the reviews you've left with other Google businesses, you've had a bad run of experiences at other establishments, too. During your visit to Copymat, you were advised of our while-you-wait full service printing charge ($0.20 black and white copies plus $3.00 processing fee) and agreed to it when you placed your order with us. We strive to remain competitive while giving the best customer service possible, but understand if you feel you can do better with another shop. This choice is always yours to make.
