        I had a large canvas to ship and UPS recommended the Staples store. Low energy place, employees unwilling to help, manager couldnt be bothered while drinking his morning coffee. They seem to hate their jobs and the customer are paying for their frustrations.

        My problem is with Staples. I bought my printer and my ink cartridges at this store and I use other services. I turned in 10 empty ink cartridges and was suppose to get credit for them. Staples would not, give me credit, I was told that I would have to buy more ink. I buy alot of ink. I have 10 empty, and 8 full.
