Bright Horizons at South Figueroa Street

My daughter who is 2 is currently enrolled at Bright Horizons and we love it. The staff is extremely professional and very structured. They have an app that gives constant updates and pictures everyday. I never have to wonder what my daughter is doing or if she is being taken care of. I have and will continue to recommend bright horizons on south fig to anyone who is looking for high quality child care.

Our little girl loves her teachers!! Teachers are very caring and patient, and they have made this first time mom comfortable leaving her baby in the care of others. Love getting updates throughout the day, and best of all I feel like I am taking her to school as they do so many activities that keep my baby engaged and learning.

Our son started at Bright Horizons when he was almost an year old, still a crawling baby. It was a rough transition for him and for us as anxious first-time parents. But the staff and teachers here are incredibly warm to support through this phase. Fast forward to 3 yrs, he transformed into an independent threenager with an ever-expanding vocabulary. The teachers are so phenomenal and all the most he came home happy every day, eagerly waiting to get back to the day care next day. We are deeply saddened to have our son transition to another day care close to home as we are moving away from the area but we are going to cherish all the memories we had with this wonderful BH family at South Figueroa.

We had our toddler with the Bright Horizons team from 14 months old to 21 months, 5 days a week. The admins and teachers are absolutely wonderful and really focus on the individual needs of each child. They provide a great app that informed us of the educational activities and behaviors of our child throughout the day (and included pictures!). I think a key difference maker is the focus on a real curriculum for the children. We felt heartbroken and a bit guilty when we dropped our little guy off for the first time. But within a week, we realized that he was receiving a level of socialization and development help that we never could have provided on our own. Toddler 1 teachers Denise and Brisa are AMAZING! They are a nurturing, warm, and instructive presence for our little guy. The admins, particularly Brenda and Tiffany, were also always a joy to interact with. After about a month, our little guy would make a point to greet each of them at the start of the day. He was able to form so many bonds at Bright Horizons that we know will be key for his future. We are sad to be moving, but will be forever grateful that we found Bright Horizons. Thank you!

Our family had the best experience at Bright Horizons South Fig! Due to the pandemic our son had spent the first year of his life at home and we were nervous about making the transition into a daycare environment. We were quickly put at ease as the teachers and staff go above and beyond to provide a clean, safe, nurturing and fun environment. Our son began to thrive immediately after starting the toddler program and we noticed significant changes in his growth and development throughout the course of the year. We highly recommend this center as the curriculum, center amenities and staff are exceptional. We cant thank them enough for the outstanding care that they gave to our entire family. We would happily return to the center should the opportunity present itself again.
