Kim Patrick is a MONSTER!!! She told be to dig in the dumpster to attempt to recover my birthday present that was negligently delivered by her team then slammed the phone on me. This is UNACCEPTABLE!

I've been coming here for more than 16 years and think they do an excellent job moving things along, particularly in light of the long lines they often have. They also have plenty of supplies, and the employees are always friendly and efficient.
