        The staff doesn't do any work. They just tell you to go to the machine, get a label, attach it to the parcel, and throw it in the parcel pile.

        I'm only giving 4 stars because they are usually low on shipping items for sending gifts (inconvenient but not the end of the world). Lots of neg reviews but I've never had a bad interaction with the ladies here. I've seen them verbally abused by town men, however.

        I went into this post office at 8th & Flower next door to LA Fitness on 2/14/24 in the 11am hour. I paid for postage on a birthday card envelope, inside a 25.00 gift card from the cheese cake factory. The pink envelope was going to my niece in Long Beach for her 2/21 birthday. Someone working within this post office took off the tape I had secured the envelope with And stole the twenty five dollar gift card. This is low and this individual has no morals and have no business working in the postal system.

        This might be the worst postal office in the entire country. The workers are rude, condescending, and most unhelpful. On top of that, it regularly closes early (or opens late) without so much as a note on the door.
