Their plumber Rufus really came through with quick service, and was extremely professional & personable. Rufus went above and beyond to diagnose and fix our clogged plumbing in a flash, as well as point out the ways in which our plumbing could be improved to avoid further issues. I would highly recommend him & Red Lilly to anybody experiencing plumbing problems.

Deceptive practice with this company so be warn. I called and ask for a price to replace 2 angle stops and no price was give even just for a service call. I was told by the receptionist the plumber would give me a price. Once the plumber came out and saw the work he would not give me a price. He immediately started the work and 15 miniutes later he charge me $325.00. I said hey that's way off, he then said ok lets do $300.00. I called other companies and the going rate for this work is $150.00. The owner called me after I complaint and boy be very careful with this guy. You will regret ever using or talking to this company.

I had a bathroom that had been out of use for years until we recently remodeled. Excited to try out the new plumbing led to disappointment with a blockage. Our contractor came back, snaked it and thought he had cleared the problem. a short time later, we were still backed up. Red Lilly Plumbing was very helpful on the phone, and they did quote me an approximate price to clear one drain. They called when they were on their way and came within their appointment window. Because of the description of my problem, the two techs (I believe their names were Sal and Charles) brought in the camera first thing. I questioned, how much more will this cost? and he said, half the time the camera could clear the drain and there was no extra charge if this didn't work. The camera didn't clear the line, but it did give some insight to a possible bigger problem. He tried snaking it a couple of times and revealed roots in the line. This was the last thing I wanted to see. They gave me a reasonable quote and said they could do it in a day or two. But because I am who I am I called my contractor to see what he would charge to replace the same amount of pipe with new PVC piping, and I was surprised that he was 20% higher. They came back and at the end of the job (and the end of the day), They saw something they didn't like so they asked me not to use the bathroom and they would come back the next day. Apparently, there was another small section of pipe past the area that they had fixed that also needed to be replaced. I wasn't sure how much more this would cost me but to my surprise, there was no extra charge. I believe they're a small family business and I do appreciate working with them. Their employees were professional, well-seasoned and cleaned everything up at the end of the job. There was also great communication throughout the job. I will hire them back if I have any future need.
