Craig's Plastics "I Love Lucite"

I took a lucite wastebasket that was broken & Craig fixed it like it was new again. He was such a pleasure to do business with. Highly recommend him.

Ive been going to Craigs for at least 5+ years and have spent close to 10k.  I wish it didn't have to come to this but now that there is artwork missing/stolen worth $10k I cant just let this be. Throughout the history that Ive had with Craig there have been lots(!) of miscommunication, wrong sizing, Craig going MIA for 5 to 6 months multiple times while I just sit around and spend thousands of dollars on bills with no income. He's had several projects of mine for the last 6 months. Ive driven to craigs 8 times, an hour each way to check in. Thats 16 hours. I would call and he wouldnt answer, but if I called right back with a *67 (block my number) he would answer. Today I was fed up and went and picked up the 3 projects that have just been sitting, only to find out one for the pieces of artwork is missing and a large portion of the material I brought out over there that he was too lazy to order in the first place was missing.  He didn't seem too concerned, other than it was just gone or I must have taken it. Why would I take it and drive over there 8 times to see why youve done nothing to it in 6 months. It appears to me that he made the piece and sold it off. It sat there long enough over the last 6 months that everyone that goes in there seen. So whoever has this piece, you have stolen artwork and if it ever goes on social media I will come after it. The name change from "I love lucite", Craig always making sure the door is locked and bullet holes in windows all start to kinda make sense that Craig isn't really a professional person. Just another terrible acrylic person added to the long list of horrible acrylic businesses in Los Angeles area.As a side note its been 2 months since the artwork has been missing and still no word from Craig. See if you in small claims. You might want to start thinking of a new name again since Im sure you'll just go bankrupt.

Professional and personal, my experience with Craig was top notch during every stage. Excellent quote, fair price, and quick and easy service resulted in a fantastic custom product that perfectly met my needs.I wish every company I encountered could take a lesson from Craig. A fantastic experience from start to finish. I can't recommend this company high enough.

We had an art print we wanted framed in lucite and had no idea where to start. A friend pointed us to Craig and we couldn't have had a better experience. He was incredibly helpful, listened to what we were looking for and had a lot of great suggestions. He worked fast and we couldn't be more thrilled with the final product! Can't recommend Craig enough.

It's kind of like the guy in the movies that has a star in his eye he was riding a horse Craig doesn't ride a horse but he still has that little Sparkle in his eye to know him is to love him if he has time for you
