Filed a complaint thru there website because the manager wasnt in to handle my complaint. Pizza was so under cooked, and the sub was missing multiple ingredients. Been days almost a week and no response from owner or manager to deal with the situation. First time pizza has been terrible from this place, but the fact there is no customer service is outrageous. Is a private franchise so I have to wait for the OWNER to handle the request would avoid this place if you can order pizza from somewhere else. Update. Did finally get a refund thru email. Shout out to Marilyn for taking care of that. Feel better now that someone reached out.

I got home and went straight to Yelp to write a review, but this HIDDEN GEM is only on Google Reviews. So here goes: HANDS DOWN THE CLEANEST STORE I HAVE EVER VISITED IN MY ENTIRE 38 YEARS OF BEING ON THIS EARTH. Aside from that, the app order for pickup was seamless, swift, precise, or, for lack of a better word, PERFECT. As a person that lives in DTLA, I will GLADLY sit through traffic just to go and enjoy meals from this location. Many, many thanks to the whole team, from front of house to management. If there was ever a reason to adjust quality control to a new standard it would be at/from this location. Oh, I ordered a medium, handmade pan, garlic sauce, cheesesteak, with onions, green peppers, jalapeos and mushrooms and it looked like a commercial shoot when I opened the box. A box so CLEAN, I didnt see a speck of flour, dust or debris of any kind in or around it. Honestly, feels like life is a simulation and this was my dream come to life.

Placed my order an hour ago. Tracker said it was made at the 30min mark. Now its sitting after it was made 20min ago? Am I getting a disgusting cold pizza when it finally arrives!? Why does no one answer the phone?? Ive called 10 times

I'm not a big fan of this particular store. They moved to this location, which I feel was a poor choice, especially since there are several businesses nearby the site they vacated. Also, this restaurant is listed as accepting EBT for food purchases, so I ordered ahead for my family and I, then asked a friend to take me in his car there to pick up and pay for the meal, but when I got there, I was referred to a paper sign in the plastic divider stating that their ability to take this form of payment was inhibited for some reason, and would be out of service until further notice. I was asked if I had another form of payment,.which I declined. I inquired about another location that might be able to accept this payment method, and was given the phone numbers to the Highland Park and Pasadena locations, which I called several times, but did not get an answer. I ended going to Jack in the Box, instead-less of a headache to deal with.
