Lucas Hernandez Physical Therapy

After being diagnosed with a herniated disk and having decided not to proceed with surgery I began going in for PT at a large practice. These sessions took place in in busy rooms with lots of other patients, therapists and therapy assistants. I didn't think a personalized therapy approach even existed until coming across Lucas's practice and his rave reviews. Lucas is highly skilled, can tell exactly what muscles need work and is super effective in alleviating pain and discomfort. He's also a really nice guy and fun to talk to during sessions. The office is well designed, usually has free parking and there's always espresso available if you need a pick me up. Over the past 9 months I've become more flexible, stronger and more confident knowing that any aches and pains that do arise can be minimized in short order with a visit to Lucas. Thank you!

I cannot recommend Dr Hernandez enough. A few months ago I was in physical therapy two times a week at another PT clinic that I had gone to consistently for 3 years. I suffered sharp chronic pain and muscle atrophy while in treatment, so I switched practitioners. At the recommendation of my Acupuncturist I visited Lucas' practice. Three months later I am now in PT once every three weeks. My muscle atrophy has completely reversed and my pain levels are minimal and manageable. Aside from being extremely talented Dr Hernandez actually has bed side manner and empathy for his patients. Every time I leave his office I feel like I'm floating on a cloud.

Lucas has been treating me for arthritis pain for over a year. He really helps stretch and strengthen my knees and neck. He is compassionate, knowledgeable and really close to my house!!! I highly recommend him. I always feel better after a session with him.

5 shining stars for my favorite PT, Lucas!Lucas is a wonderful PT and an overall lovely human being. I always look forward to my visits with him because he makes me feel better, and he is just a really fun dude.Lucas does not rush your visits, and he will listen to every single word you have to say. He'll also check-in with you between visits to see how you're doing. I've never had a PT give me such attention and care and I've also never had a PT that made me laugh as so much. ALSO - he is SUPER clean and takes COVID safety measures very seriously, which I really appreciate since I am very paranoid.

Lucas has x-ray eyes and I mean that in a good way. His abilty to visualize the human body and see what is going on borders on magical. The only reason I know he is not an actual wizard is that he is so systematic in his diagnosis and talks you through his whole rationale. Treatment started working right away, but I still want to go back and finish what we started because it has really helped both recent and longstanding issues. I'm eternally grateful for being referred to him.
