Kamesha is a rockstar!  Her gentle, warm manner disguises incredible knowledge and skill.  She figured out precisely what my problems were and provided comprehensive, actionable information to directly address them.  10 weeks ago, I was in so much pain I was not only out of the gym, I could barely stand or walk.  I did exactly what Kamesha advised (which often was not easy or comfortable, duh) and I made steady, remarkable progress.  Now, I'm pain free, back in the gym and rowing 5K at a time, while daydreaming about how fortunate I was to meet Kamesha.  Thanks, Girl -- you're the best.

Kamesha is the best physical therapist I have ever been to and I have been to several. I saw Kamesha earlier this year for a sports injury after seeing two other physical therapists I was unhappy with as they spent only half an hour with me or their aides spent more time with me than they did. Kamesha spends the full hour with you (sometimes more!) and uses several modalities finding a program that is right for your needs. She has an ultrasound machine, she's great at soft tissue work as well as actual exercises which she tailors for your needs. There's a pilates refer, an elliptical, weights and more and she's great at pushing you but not too much. I recently was diagnosed with fibromyalga and Kamesha has been wonderful with helping me find a way to get back to moving my body and finding a way to gently get back into exercise. Shes also so knowledge, kind and warm and wonderful to talk to during your treatment. After each session she emails you a treatment plan of exercises for you to do on your own in the week or weeks between the the next session with her. It's so helpful and clear and a huge thing that most PTs do not do. I truly can't recommended Kamesha enough, and after searching for for a good physical therapist for so long I'm happy to say I will never have to go anywhere else. Do yourself a favor and book an appointment with someone who actually cares and will actually help you heal. Thanks so much Kamesha!

I've been battling TMJ for over 6 years now. With multiple surgeries that I am CONVINCED could have been prevented had I come to Kamesha beforehand. Now to prevent yet another surgery (and other autoimmune symptoms from worsening) I have been working hand in hand with Kamesha and battling it off in the right way, through PT and exercises. She is honestly the best. Worth every penny and second of your time. I can't stress enough how grateful I am to have found someone as specialized in TMJ therapy as she is. She goes way out of her way to build her knowledge on top of work hours as well attending conferences etc. 20/10 recommend.

I have been going to different PT facilities for over 10 years and have finally found the one I am staying with! Kamesha is exceptional. She is extraordinarily skilled and determined to give me relief from my back pain issues. She is hands on, intuitive, and I usually walk out feeling better. Kamesha is amazing!
