    If I could give it a 0 I would!! This company is incompetent and should NOT be in business. My Dr. sends the rx and I have to chase after the company just to get my supplies. Sophie and Gina are the WORST! Very unprofessional, rude, condescending and should NOT work there! I asked for a supervisor I was put on hold for over 20min! I called back and was basically told off by Gina and hung up on cause I complained about Sophie! What?!! This is a JOB not a high school friends club where if someone doesnt like your friend, you dislike them! Im a patient/customer who needs supplies, I dont need to be told off for not liking your friend's attitude or incompetence! Stay away from this place!

    My husband is diabetic and I always have a problem receiving his supplies on time. Pharmacy is definitely asleep on the job. Even when I ask for a supervisor to call me back, I rarely receive the call back. They never contact the Drs office in a timely matter in order to get the Prior Authorization Rx provided by Dr. Personnel always lie and throw the blame on the Drs office but they should admit guilt and apologize! They need a better system or employees who care about their patients. Shame on you!! Lets see this time how long it takes for a call back. I will definitely inform Abbott the manufacturer!

    How is this place still open? They treat their patients and employees like dirt! Just look at all the responses to all the reviews. They're all the same. They can't even take the time to give an individualized response. Someone's over there making bank just copying and pasting....... UPDATE 2/27/24 - and as you can see below, they copied and pasted the same response here as well. I will be sharing this and my personal experiences to the Board of Pharmcy. This pharmacy should not be allowed to remain open. If you are reading this, turn around and never look back!

    My friend for multiple years has had to ration his insulin and-contracted an infection from having to reuse vials. This pharmacy has had a FEW shipments come in on time but the rest have been late days past

    Use a different pharmacy, go elsewhere. Supplies seem to be the hardest thing for this place to get right and ship out on time. 3 weeks before Thanksgiving I put in a request for a refill and it finally came today, WITH THE WRONG SUPPLIES. This being after I had to pay cash directly to Tandem for an emergency shipment. Of course they're closed on the weekends. If this is going to be Tandems distributor for their supplies then I'm switching back to Medtronic, never once in 25 years did I ever have an issue with getting my supplies and getting the correct ones.
