I have had cats over 30 years... I've tried pretty much every litter out there. I don't understand these negative reviews. Pretty Litter is the absolutely the best I've ever used!

Does great... For two weeks. Then the litter was so saturated with urine (even with consistent scooping\stirring & a relatively dry environment) that my Ozzy started to protest by peeing NEAR his box instead. I used two bags in less than a month for a perfectly healthy, fixed, single male cat. It does precisely what its designed to do at first but is painfully short lived in that result.

Should be zero stars. Service is completely pathetic. Ordered litter on 1/22. They messaged 2/2 it was on the way. I cancelled it 3/15 because it had sat in South Carolina for 2 weeks collecting dust. It arrived on 3/22 and they act like it's the first they heard of an issue. I guess 37 messages was out of the realm of their ability to read. Awful, pathtic service. Go to the store and buy your litter. Pretty litter is $3 a bag cheaper at WalMart and you don't have to wait 2 months for delivery.

I tried this litter for the first time and everything seemed great at first, but eventually I began smelling the urine in the air to the point where it became unbearable. Using any kind of detergents or sprays after you clean the litter box wont help either, it will only disrupt the litters texture. I also noticed my cat started itching like crazy and overly grooming because the litter was getting stuck to his fur/paws. It tracks like crazy, too. Then again, my cat has very long hair & hes pretty sensitive. It might workout for your cats, but I went back to the usual litter brands.

Well I made the mistake of trying the cat food since I was having the litter shipped. My cat LOVES the cat food, but the subscription times are screwy. Either I have too much litter or too much food. So now I have a subscription to each and have been waiting to receive my cats food for nearly a week (they shipped it Tuesday and its Sunday and I still havent received it.. My cat only eats this food now and shes hungry. Ive been out of food since yesterday morning. Food was supposed to be delivered Friday, then Saturday and now it says no tracking info available. Every month Im contacting customer service. I wish there was an app to manage the shipping. Im constantly having issues for the last several months. I just need to find another cat food she will eat because Im over the hassle.
