I didnt like the fact that it wasnt even the price it says on the website. It was a total of $130 thats outrageous. They took over 5 hours and my dog was upset and was not herself after the grooming. I have took her to other grooming places and totally different. They dont take over five hours, they dont charge me $130 and my dog isnt traumatized. Also my dog didnt even smell like they showered her. I will not be going back. I just wanted to warn others before handing off your dog to them.

I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Suesspup from start to finish. When I first texted Suesspup to set my appointment, the response time was quick and they answered all of my questions with no pressure or judgement. The instructions for pick-up and drop-off were clearly communicated prior to our appointment with Kai. As a first-time client, I really appreciate that I wasn't stressing about where to park or how to access the business.My dog was a little nervous to start (and I was a bit too!), but Kai asked questions about all of our preferences and any concerns, and I could tell that she had my pup's comfort in mind the whole time. At pick-up time, my dog was calm and relaxed, not to mention so handsome with his fresh cut! Kai did a great job and really customized the cut for my pup. Pricing is very reasonable, especially for the great experience, and they take a few different payment methods. I also really appreciate the fact that they don't over-schedule in order to give enough time with your furry friend.
