Wowow grooming

Be careful in this place. We took our dog and ended up paying double. She never called us to let us know that will be more, much more! We send her pictures before going there to know the cost beforehand. Our dog was there from 9am to 5pm with 2 hours brake. We needed to bring him back home and taking him back after 2 hrs. She said it was a big dog and too much work which I understand, but I do not accept that she saw the pictures before going there and took all day to do it. she might booked too many the same day, i dont know but she is very unprofessional and no word respect. Never going back

We just took our dog to Wowow, and couldn't be happier with the service! I wish we'd known about the deshedding earlier as it really made a difference! He came out looking amazing and happy! They were descriptive about what they were going to do and how they work with the animals and we really appreciated that. They were very aware of what our dog liked and disliked, and it's clear they love what they do. Highly recommended!
